The BEST Gym Pass I’ve Ever Had – My Freeplay All-Access Pass Experience

We’re halfway through the first month of 2017 and it’s time to check in on our New Year’s Resolutions! A lot of people make fitness and health goals that they want to improve on this year. If you’ve found that you’ve fallen off track and have skipped some workouts, no worries– you aren’t alone! I want to share this awesome new app I found that makes fitness SO much more fun and can help you achieve your goals.

If you’re anything like me, you might get bored doing the same workouts over and over again. I’ve always wished I could just walk into any gym or studio and take a class, without needing to spend hundreds of dollars to sign up at every single gym. And now I’ve found a way! There’s a cool new app called Freeplay that you can sign up for and it’s basically an all-access pass to tons of gyms around Utah! You can go to Yoga studios, Climbing, Swim, MMA, a Trampoline Park, Martial Arts classes, a Ninja Warrior course, TRX classes, Barre, Weight Lifting, CrossFit, Hot Pilates, Zumba, and more!

Of course, when I heard of this, I knew I HAD to try it out. (BTW- If this also sounds like something you’d want to try, you get free 3 visits when you download the app). So I decided to try out some different places, and I had a BLAST. Being able to go to all these different places makes burning extra calories so much more fun and entertaining.

  1. 3B Yoga in Provo: Meditation, Yoga, AcroYoga3b-yoga-2-freeplay-app-samery-moras-small
    The first place I went to was 3B Yoga, where I was so excited to try a Yoga, AcroYoga, and Meditation class. I absolutely loved the studio, I walked in and was greeted by the kindest people who helped me try my first classes. The whole place felt so centered and relaxing, it was so hard to not fall asleep in the meditation class, haha. I’d never had an opportunity to try all these kinds of different classes out, so it was great to get out of my comfort zone.
  2. Lowe’s Xtreme Air Sports in Provo: Trampoline, Ninja Warrior Course, Parkour

    The next place I went to try out was Lowe’s Xtreme Air Sports. They had a huge place with so much fun stuff to play on!I had a great workout trying out their Ninja Warrior Course first- I’ve secretly always wanted to try to be an American Ninja Warrior ;). Part of the workout included climbing out of the huge foam pits when I fell off the obstacles haha.They also had lots of super bouncy trampolines, a spring floor, a tightrope to walk on, a climbing wall, and so much fun equipment. I’ve only listed a few places here, but Freeplay has nearly 40 gyms and studios you can visit in Utah! Some more include Crossfit Provo, Ironground Gym, Swimlabs, and even more.
